Best selling culinary author, chef and winner of 9 international awards, Amalia Moreno-Damgaard, recently launched her new cookbook at our historic Grain Exchange.
Amalia’s Mesoamerican Table features 132 traditional recipes from Guatemala, South-Central Mexico, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama.
This very special event was emceed by the Twin Cities own Diana Pierce and featured a cooking demonstration, book signing and Q&A.
