Private Office

Private Offices come with unlimited access to a dedicated and personalized upscale office for individuals or teams. Unlike the all-glass walls at some of our competitors, our offices have real drywall partitions for increased privacy and focus. And you’ll enjoy unlimited access to all locations and common spaces, along with plentiful meeting room time, print/copy credits and basic mail service.

Since every workplace is not equal, we provide custom design services and programs for longer-term private office members that want to aesthetically or functionally personalize their space.

Dedicated Desk

Get dedicated desks for individuals or teams with options for fit, finish and location. Enjoy unlimited access to all locations and common spaces, along with plentiful meeting room time and print/copy credits.

Starting @ $400/month

Fractional Office

Gain scheduled access to a private office four times per month for four hours each time. Plus, you’ll enjoy unlimited access to all locations and common spaces, along with plentiful meeting room time and print/copy credits.

6 Important Considerations

Coco Memberships are simple to use.

We are sad to hear some people get confused by our competitors’ membership levels and rules and restrictions. That’s why our memberships are simple, flexible, and can be used at all Coco locations. Plus, you have access to hundreds of partner locations worldwide.

Not all membership-based workspaces will personalize their services for you.

Some flex workspaces nickel n’ dime you with fees. Instead, we offer inclusive memberships with only a handful of add-ons that you allow you to personalize your membership for your unique needs, including basic mail service, touchless and virtual mail service, a podcast/content studio, monthly parking contracts, VPN, office cleaning, phone equipment and phone service, kid passes, member guest passes and lockers.

Some membership-based workspaces charge extra for amenities.

Many leaders nowadays do not want to renew their leases, and want a more flexible solution with shorter terms, but are unsure how a flexible office works. A membership with Coco includes multiple working and meeting space options, high-speed fiber internet, coffee, use of stocked kitchen, and abundant commons areas.

You can get started with a month-to-month agreement

While a traditional lease requires long-term leases, our membership agreements start on a month-to-month basis. However, we’re certain that once you start you’ll want to stay!

You can free yourself from having to be in the office to receive mail and packages.

Unlike a traditional leased office, you don’t have to be in the office to receive a package or mail, and you can even add a service to have us process, scan, and shred your mail so you never have to worry about missing a thing.

You don’t have to purchase clients and guests memberships for meetings.

Those not familiar with shared space rules worry about having to purchase clients and guests memberships to collaborate with. While they would LOVE the benefits of a full membership we only require Guest Day Passes for situations where a collaborator is working in the space for more than a half day.
