6 Important Considerations
We are sad to hear some people get confused by our competitors’ membership levels and rules and restrictions. That’s why our memberships are simple, flexible, and can be used at all Coco locations. Plus, you have access to hundreds of partner locations worldwide.
Some flex workspaces nickel n’ dime you with fees. Instead, we offer inclusive memberships with only a handful of add-ons that you allow you to personalize your membership for your unique needs, including basic mail service, touchless and virtual mail service, a podcast/content studio, monthly parking contracts, VPN, office cleaning, phone equipment and phone service, kid passes, member guest passes and lockers.
Many leaders nowadays do not want to renew their leases, and want a more flexible solution with shorter terms, but are unsure how a flexible office works. A membership with Coco includes multiple working and meeting space options, high-speed fiber internet, coffee, use of stocked kitchen, and abundant commons areas.
While a traditional lease requires long-term leases, our membership agreements start on a month-to-month basis. However, we’re certain that once you start you’ll want to stay!
Unlike a traditional leased office, you don’t have to be in the office to receive a package or mail, and you can even add a service to have us process, scan, and shred your mail so you never have to worry about missing a thing.
Those not familiar with shared space rules worry about having to purchase clients and guests memberships to collaborate with. While they would LOVE the benefits of a full membership we only require Guest Day Passes for situations where a collaborator is working in the space for more than a half day.
