4 Important Considerations
A virtual office might sound weird or corny, but it’s not. Your virtual office address is our real address, and as a result you avoid all the PO Box headaches and limitations. Real people receive and process your mail and packages so you can truly work anywhere. Frequency of access to our coworking space is based upon your membership level, and is easy to use.
Some people are confused on how someone else can receive your mail. Great news, we are not and there is a simple form called a CMRA Form 1583. CMRA stands for Commercial Mail Receiving Agency, and it is regulated by the U.S. Postal Service. You simply, and legally, authorize us to handle mail on your behalf. This step safeguards your business against fraud and other concerns such as identity theft.
Some will tell you that you must occupy the same space your mail does. That is mostly true, but because your membership includes access to our coworking space, you can still set up a Google My Business page. If this is important to you we will provide you details on how to accomplish this during the setup process.
