How to Qualify
- Fill out the form below.
- If you complete only the required fields, we will follow-up with your referral directly.
- If you prefer to hand off a referral to us directly onsite, complete the paper form provided in each location and give it to any staff member on duty.
- Once the tour is complete, you will be notified about your incentive.
- Once the newly referred member has joined, they will receive their incentive.

You will be notified about next steps by our team once your referral has completed their tour.
If you’re a member and choose to receive $50 off your dues, that amount will be credited to you during the next billing cycle. If you elect to receive the $25 restaurant gift card, it will be available to you onsite within 24 hours after your referral has completed their tour. If you’re not an active member, you’re entitled to the gift certificate and we will contact you for mailing or pick-up information.
