Coco Downtown Open House

Coco is coming up on 15 years of providing coworking spaces to Twin Cities professionals. To celebrate, we’re opening the doors of our downtown location to anyone who wants to get some work done or simply see our historic Minneapolis Grain Exchange Trading Floor with their own eyes and sip some coffee. All are welcome with a FREE RSVP using the form below.

Location
Inside the Grain Exchange building on the corner of 4th St& 4th Ave, kitty-corner from Minneapolis City Hall.

Where to Park
Gateway Ramp (400 S. 3rd St.). Validated parking is $8. Metered parking surrounds the building. Motorcycles are not permitted in the Gateway Ramp. For more options, visit the MPLS Parking website.

From Gateway Ramp

• Take the ramp elevator to Floor 3, exit to the right
• Follow the skyway across 3rd Ave
• Members: Use keycard to enter through the glass doors on the right
• Non-members: Contact us for access at 612-800-8424
• Use button to buzz through 2nd set of doors
• Follow hallway to elevators, go to Floor 4
• Exit elevator and take a left to the Coco Member entrance

From the Street

• Enter through doors on the corner of 4th Ave & 4th St
• Take elevator to Floor 4
• Exit elevator to the right and enter Coco
