3 Important Considerations
The Grain Exchange is located on the edge of Downtown with easy access to 35W and 94. There is abundant validated parking in the Gateway Ramp with direct skyway access to our space.
Members and guests are surprised to discover that parking is not expensive or hard to find in downtown Minneapolis. At $8/day and direct skyway access to the Grain Exchange building we eliminate concerns some have about working downtown Minneapolis.
The trading floor of the Minneapolis Grain Exchange is a one in a million workspace and gathering place. With 42-foot ceilings and 1903 classic architecture, the space sits on nearly an entire city block and simply is not comparable to any other workspace in the Twin Cities.
