We’re an industry leader in adapting the policies, procedures and methods that allowed us to support mission critical businesses throughout the pandemic. We established, published and updated our COVID-19 Preparedness Plan for our members, both digitally and in-person at our locations. Our Preparedness Plan followed the most updated guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and federal OSHA standards related to COVID-19 and addressed:

- Hygiene and respiratory etiquette
- Space configuration and protocols for social distancing Cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Communication, training, and effective implementation by management and staff
